Thank you for purchasing at 2025 War. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of 2025 War.

1. In-App Items

We sell in-app items (e.g., Stamina, Boosts, Instant Clicks) that are used to participate in an online voting event.

Because of the nature of these in-app items:

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the in-app item has been delivered to your account and/or consumed.
• Since the items (e.g., voting power) are applied immediately to the live ranking system, they cannot be "returned" or "undone."

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion only under the following circumstances:

• Technical Error: If you were charged but the items were never delivered to your account due to a system failure on our end.
• Duplicate Payment: If a billing error caused a double charge for a single transaction.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your Order ID and proof of purchase.

3. Service Termination

This Service ends on December 23, 2025. All items purchased must be used before this date. Unused items remaining in your account after the event ends are not eligible for a refund.
